Debuting on Maison Margeila’s london fashion week FW20 show viewers got a sneak peak at the north face x MM6 collab // the outerwear of your dream for next season with the designs that combine MM6s slick high-fashion deconstructed design with the north face’s functional outerwear //

the collaboration introduced a rework on the “Expedition System” staples, including padded coats, a cape, jackets, a top and dress in a variety of black and bold block colours //

the capsule pieces featured a clean MM6 circle logo alongside the classic north face emblem //

the release should drop in stores in Septemeber 2020 // keep your eyes peeled //

new fave on my rail has to be italian brand napapijri // perfect drip for the winter season napapijri has been a long standing european name focusing on outdoor apparel and travel bags // the rainforest jacket is now a seasonal staple for streetwear heads and skii-ers alike!

with its slick negative black && white icon Napapijri keep their designs simple this season focussing on sustainability and durability // and a recyclable jacket //

proving theyre relevant as ever, sponsorships with up and coming uk artists is part of their latest media campaign including by best new drum and bass badgirl Sherrelle yeeeeeah G //

ok my obsession with heliot emil is showing no signs of slowing up anytime soon // im still drooling over their looks from the spring summer show in paris last month //

i know i write about them every season but vitor and julius juul continue to experiment so gracefully with tech and fashion // alyx fans will say theyre biting but i honestly think theyre doing something different //

the 14 piece collection spans performance-wear, shoes and accessories in durable technical fabrics // 2054 marks 200 years since the birth of the french fashion house and with such forward thinking creatives at the label its no wonder they remain relevant as ever //

rhude for maxfield LA pop-up

california streetwear brand Rude has teamed up with Maxfield LA for a second pop-up clothing drop // i must say these are probably my fave rude clothes yet // im a sucker for bandana print atm // CANT STOP //

following the initial team up back in july which saw Rude founder Rhuigi Villaseñor working with maxfield we now have an exclusive fall drop at the store // focusing more on outerwear this collection has a couple of percys //

notably the bandana print jacket is a bit of me!!! also the allover multicoloured dyed denim fit is SO GOOD //

rhude can sometimes miss the mark for me with the ultra branded in-your-face shit but these bits are nice //

no news on availability elsewhere but if its anything like last time the line will become available at the usual boutiques in due course // SSense, Union, selfridges, 424 etc…

the basement x nike air max 90 // London

yasss the basement x nike have released the latest in their series of 3 collaborative ‘city’ releases // and got to say theyve save the best for last (not biased) // the London design, inspired by the basements hometown, comes in a clean and grey colour pallette //

also the swooshes are changeable velcro with options in yellow 3M, dark gray corduroy, white patent, and pearlescent // switching your swooshes depending on your mood erm YES //

if you know me you know i dont fuck with light crepes and im tempted to buy them still!! they are that beaut //

they drop on 18th October so be ready!

as promised here are the second highlights from the london fashion week ss20 shows //

biggest trends // alot of sexy silks and masculine tailoring (my fave) // alot of fringe and puffy sleeves still kicking around // colour palettes moved softer for 2020 towards pastels & neutrals and patterns and away from the brights we had last year (or maybe thats selective observation) // HATS HATS HATS // chunky jewellery //
